We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Security Architect to join our team. The Systems Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our computer systems, networks and cloud environments, aligned with the principles of Zero-Trust design to join an important client.

What will you do?

•    Design and implement security architectures for the MC’s computer systems and networks
•    Design, build, and implement enterprise-class security systems for a production cloud environment
•    Align standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy
•    Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information
•    Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies
•    Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design and development of systems
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
•    Provide guidance and training to staff on information security best practices

What are we looking for?

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•    Proven experience as a Systems or Cloud Security Architect or similar role
•    Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as cloud management platforms
•    Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) security designs
•    Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices
•    Familiarity with various network and host-based security applications and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and encryption technologies
•    Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
