What are we looking for:

Pega Consultant with more than 5 years of experience who works independently and has a good level of communication.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Pega solution designs. Lead the development and customization of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles. Perform system configurations, rule development, and integration with external systems to meet project requirements. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to identify and resolve any issues or defects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and enhancements, and proactively share knowledge and best practices with the team.
