In the heart of Lisbon, our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.

We are looking for a Head of Business Development willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

What will you do?

• Lead our Business Development efforts in strengthening our position as the leading automotive Appstore
• Develop and implementing strategies and tactics to achieve deal targets
• Lead and grow our business development team on a day-to-day bases
• Managing the teams´ deal pipeline from deal generation all the way till closing
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize commercial success
• Provide develop and maintain a deep understanding of the content industry, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs related to automotive
• Create regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services
• Work with the world´s leading content & automotive partners to build an optimal apps portfolio

What are we looking for?

Mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales in content or tech industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
• Network of contacts in the content industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with partners
• Financial and business acúmen
• Research and anylytical skills
• Big-picture thinking
• Hands-on mentatlity

Nice To Have:

• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Consulting background
• MBA or equivalent
