In the heart of Lisbon, our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.

We are looking for someone willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

What will you do?

  • Integrate a dynamic team with project managers and tech leaders
  • Lead program team as functional manager
  • Meet financial targets (operating income, cash, internal rate of return, upfronts...)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance, risks...)
  • Be the main interface with the OEM (planning, risks and requirements management, onsite workshops, drivetests…)
  • Plan and execute all activities (android software development, cloud development, validation, 3<sup>rd</sup>party apps testing, certification with partners) which contribute to program success including transversal activities performed by others teams (Product and Content) / entities
  • Manage deliverables and resources to deliver projects on time
  • Regularly report on project status to project team and key stakeholders

Main Goals:

  • Secure staffing with appropriate skill level of the project team and team from the functions, in due time
  • Build and monitor master schedule
  • Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members
  • Use business plan to monitor permanently convergence to financial expectations
  • Manage the project team and ensure cooperation with the different support functions, suppliers and entities.
  • Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones)
  • Identify risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and alert process.
  • Arbitrate top issues internally or externally within the program,
  • Act as official Program representative towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (like Engineering Change, planning...)
  • Communicate and report relevant program status to secure proper management support on program issues
  • Ensure that program experience is capitalised in knowledge management to improve future programs performance

What are we looking for?

  • Technical degree, computer science or engineering
  • Demonstrate product and process engineer experience
  • Experience in budget control and profit enhancement
  • Seniority in project management [>5 years] (experience working with car OEM is a plus)
  • Experience in managing programs, ideally in the automotive field with regards to electronics product group
  • Knowledge of software management tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Teams)
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships at senior level
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in German or French is a plus
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development
  • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Project management training is a plus
